PRESS RELEASE - LINE OF DUTY DEATH

Monday February 26th the Los Santos Police Department initiated a hot pursuit with two known criminals. The results however, were fatal. The Los Santos Police Department managed to take down two criminals, by the name of Zeke Hassan and Pheonte Muhammad - both very known to the department, involving firearms, drugs and so on. The LSPD also suffered a loss during this situation, where Sergeant Katie Simmons of the LSPD died as she was rushed to Hugh Memorial for treatment, but it ended with a line of duty death. Sergeant Katie Simmons held a position as Sergeant of Firearms Licensing Division. Her death had a huge impact on the entire department, as Katie were one of the best officers LSPD had. 

The Los Santos Police Department had an emergency meeting a few hours after the incident, making sure every officer is taken care of.

 

In dear memory of Sergeant Katie Simmons


There will be held a funeral for Katie Simmons in the upcoming days, but the Office of the Chief of Police will be informing the public regarding this at another time. The funeral will be held publicly, so everyone is free to attend this - in honor of Katie Simmons.
