Born in Medellin, Colombia circa 1998. Raised in an extensive middle-class family with 3 brothers and 2 sisters, Santiago always knew the concept of family, loyalty and how blood is thicker than water - their hardworking father managed to become an investor in the coffee industry and capitalized on that.

Santiago's upbringing wasn't centered around education and scholarship, however this is not to say he never attended school or pursued further education - but the situation demanded that his siblings and himself were sent to work in the growing sector of producing, processing and exporting coffee which Medellin was known at the time.

The teen years were mostly based about his social growth within society, working along with his Uncle doing mechanical work on vehicles which weren't as sophisticated at the time. Santiago loved pursuing other motives of making money, taking several capitalist traits from his father - buying and selling to niche markets, car radios, modifications, turbos, etc.

Early in his 20s, he resided to work in a boxing gym, remaining as part-time with his uncle - he also pursued other means of making money.. selling contraband which was abundant in Medellin, later making his first sale of a kilo of Bolivian marching powder. Santiago's endeavor within illicit smuggling was quickly cut short when he was ambushed by a rival competitor, assaulting Santiago leaving him almost left for dead.

7months in hospital recovery made him think of the possibilities he could be doing outside Colombia.

Santiago's story in the United States starts here, in the city of Los Santos.

Recently after landing in Los Santos, Santiago came in contact with a seemingly friendly man in a drift-spec E46, Martin Hamilton, whom he met by coincidence on his way to buying a car - the man offered him a ride to his autoshop where he was given a bargain on a BMW 750i. The two kept talking and Santiago brought up the idea of him working at the Autoshop which Hamilton owned. The pair exchanged numbered and later during the week Martin called Santiago for his mechanic test, a customer came in for a maintenance on their Benz - who later also added in the task of fitting a tracker inside the vehicle.
