Claire "CJ" Donovan
4 pointsClaire "CJ" Donovan is a 35-year-old woman born and raised in a ranch just outside Blueberry, Red County, where she still helps occasionally. Having grown up and helped on a smaller ranch, she developed an early sense of responsibility and appreciation for physical work. Many of Donovan's peers looked toward Los Santos, in stark contrast to the quiet life out in Red County, for career opportunities - many of which moved there for work. Today she resides in a small, modest apartment and serves the Red County Fire Department and has since she finished her A.S. in fire science in Los Santos, 2009, and subsequent graduation from San Andreas Fire Academy in 2010. While employed with the Fire Department, she has racked up distinguished service commendations, awards and unit citations, including a 15-Year Service Award in 2025. She has previously not sought an officers track, instead preferring to stay in the field with the guys. But Donovan is at a crossroads in her life. Privately she struggles with a developing middle-age crisis, the weight of burnout and anxiety over her postponed family life. At her age, she is long overdue to think about whether to prioritize her job or personal life. Should she stay a senior firefighter paramedic forever, finally try and find the one to start a family or not. With her experience, seniority and qualities she could easily get onto an officers track in the rural Fire Department, especially since the Department's smaller and has issues of retaining personnel outside of Los Santos. This contemplation has led to her delaying any real decision, to either go for a family or get on the career ladder. Donovan is a sociable person and a team-player, albeit a bit private she has always been described as a resilient and good employee with sound leadership qualities. But lately she has turned a bit more introverted than previously. Weighing her options and isolating herself more often at her father's ranch, away from perceived small town peer-pressures, where she can spend her time fixing simple logical problems and effectively procrastinate on a decision - which aggravates the root cause of her anxiety.4 points

This Isn't Goodbye
2 pointsDear Members, It has come to our attention in recent weeks/months we have not been able to provide the community to the players that we had hoped for. This has came to a decision, led by myself to close the MTA Server pending internal revamp. We have a staff team consisting of 22 people and the reality is, about four people pull their weight. Right now, we have a lot of moving parts internally. From the lore vehicle switch, to players sabotaging services and overall a staff team that can't provide consistent support to the community and its people. Whilst we have been effectively working hard on certain forefronts to make staff life easier, it's just a losing battle. Right now, we will be focusing on changing the internal works of the server and its practices. This will be an overhaul that has never been seen before on ArdicGaming or even for some of you guys, San Andreas Roleplay. The aim is to ensure a consistent environment that everyone can enjoy love stopping by. This will include an entire rework of; - The Game Rules - Admin Handbook - Mapping Handbook - VMT Handbook - FMT Handbook - The Server Setting - Theme of The Server - Ticket Handling - Transparency of Systems (including systems available) - Updated Documentation Now, unfortunately... a lot of our staff team is now currently LoA (on leave of absence) and will be for some time to come. This means, that this overhaul is going to take some time. Something like this can't be pumped out in a few weeks. I'm hoping, with the Christmas Holidays inbound, that this will allow myself and some others to work on completely overhauling the entirety of how ArdicGaming operates - to help old roleplayers and new roleplayers alike define their new home here, enjoying their time. Thankfully, many of our developers are not LoA, meaning our bug-fixes, improvements and overhauls can continue from a game perspective. Other members of auxiliary staff are available to help ensure the aforementioned backend changes. This is a long overdue change and it's one that should have been completed a few years ago if we're being honest. The changes set forth will help players who have yet to experience a heavy roleplaying environment, ease into it without being overwhelmed. The changes will also mean that less staff intervention will be required that will disrupt your roleplay. We are anticipating changes to some game systems too that will allow for a smoother transition without breaking anyone's immersion for striding in a roleplaying-environment that feels natural. There is no estimated timeline for this change to take place. During this timeframe, the server will be locked and not playable. The server will become locked on 15/DEC/2024 to which after this point you won't be able to play. All other services will remain active during this timeframe. Kind~Regards, Portside2 points

Home — Testimonials — Resources — Blog UPDATE: Erin Kowalski's Law Office Wins Lawsuit Against City of Los Santos, Judge Confirms Parking Enforcement Unconstitutional Erin Kowalski's Law Office confirms today a significant legal victory in our fight to challenge the constitutionality of the Parking Enforcement Ordinance of 2023. On November 14, 2024, Judge Oscar Keahi ruled in favor of Erin Kowalski's Law Office on all counts of constitutional violations by the City of Los Santos in relation to parking enforcement rules. Our law office represented various plaintiffs in the City of Los Santos who have had their vehicle disproportionately or wrongfully clamped, towed away and impounded. We initiated civil proceedings on November 8, 2024, and after a preliminary hearing, Judge Keahi suspended the ordinance after we raised several constitutional concerns. Today, Judge Keahi ruled completely in favor of the plaintiffs, finding as follows: Barry Martin, Director of Los Santos Traffic Services, engaged in unconstitutional retaliation for protected First Amendment speech by explicitly choosing more severe enforcement actions based on plaintiff's prior criticism of clamping practices; The practice by the City of Los Santos of immediate seizure — through clamping or towing — for minor parking infractions, particularly in empty parking areas where no public safety concern exists, constitutes an unreasonable seizure under the Fourth Amendment; The fee structure employed by the Los Santos Traffic Services, including $750 for a clamp removal, a $1,500 base storage fee and $300 per day in additional storage fees, is grossly disproportionate to the minor nature of the parking violations and constitutes an excessive fine under the Eighth Amendment; The Parking Enforcement Ordinance and the enforcement practices used by the City of Los Santos failed to provide constitutionally-required due process protections, including: clear procedures for contesting violations; adequate notices; and proper hearing opportunities before and after the seizure. The ordinance contains unconstitutionally vague provisions that fail to give citizens fair notice of prohibited conduct and enable arbitrary enforcement. The City of Los Santos failed to meet the deadlines to present a defense. As a result, Judge Keahi ordered the ordinance void by summary judgement. The City of Los Santos and the Los Santos Traffic Services were ordered to end all enforcement of the parking ordinance, including clamping, towing and collecting fees without due process, until a new constitutionally sound ordinance is signed into law. In addition, the court ordered the City to reimburse all plaintiffs who joined the litigation, affected by the excessive enforcement of the ordinance. Erin Kowalski's Law Office is proud to share this victory. Our office continues to serve all residents in Los Santos and nearby communities in various fields. © 2024 Erin Kowalski's Law Office. thanks! I managed to create my own station by following your tutorial :))1 point- What's up
1 pointWhat's up AG, somehow I missed the memo that there was a well-made RP server for well over 4years.. I myself love the concept of RP and have quite alot of creative input that I plan to dedicate here. I've been on MTA:SA for over a decade now - I discovered MTA in 2011 while searching for an alternative to SAMP - played in multiple MTA servers and plenty of RP servers aswell, most renowned would be OwlGaming but I've also played on Implicit, BC:RP, SF:RP, LS:RP and ultimately SARP (which I know eventually rebranded as AG). I've quite possibly played in every possible MTA game-mode, drove every car, walked and swam in damn-near the entire map. I also make content for the MTA servers (RPG, DayZ, RP) I enjoy playing mostly, it's not serious and most is of a relaxed nature - except PvP, that's where I pull out my game-face. If you wish to see said content just follow the link, brah! - JBJamal777 Currently collecting some footage from AGRP - to promote the community.1 point- speed kills
