2005-2017

Garrett Lewison was born at Sweeney General Hospital and raised in Shoreside Vale by his parents. As a kid his parents were always busy with work. He often visits his grandparents house and early on as a kid, when his elders would fall asleep, he would sneak downstairs and play Grand Theft Auto. To the dismay of his mother, he grew up obsessed with violence. An only child, Garrett hangs out with his other likeminded friends who also grew up similarly. There exists an entire wave of this type of come up, sheltered kids from the suburbs who prefer video games over history class. Garrett's obsession with violence didn't stop at video games. As he progressed through school with accolades and good grades, he enjoyed doing bad things. Drugs, vandalism and theft. His parents became increasingly concerned with Garrett's behavior when he would go out at night and drink with his friends. Armed with a platinum credit card, Garrett would pull devious licks with his friends and post memes on Finder. He would often drive at night when he was super drunk or high on drugs. These years were quite blurry for Garrett (and those around him).

He became obsessed with gangster culture and movies at a young age. He loves Casino, Goodfellas, Taxi Driver, Gomorrah, Boardwalk Empire, Breaking Bad, The Wire, The Sopranos and many other gangster pieces. He constantly watches them, wants to make gangster movies and immerses himself fully in gangster culture. He likes EDM, hip-hop, techno, vaporwave and other modern music. He learned to put on a fake gangster accent by listening to 80s and 90s hip-hop and often copies lingo from them, mostly in an ironic way however he's a surprisingly well-versed street talker. Now engaged in his phone on Finder, he often links up with his friends to pursue the gangster life he always dreamed of... although he may soon learn that the gangster life isn't like the way it is in the movies.

2018-2023

Garrett continued to smoke weed and drink underage. In 2023, he got two tattoos on his left arm: the Steam and Sony Playstation logos. He would routinely sneak into bars and buy alcohol with a fake ID. Time and time again, Garrett would look for illegal opportunities and play out a wicked fantasy that came from a young violent media inception. These were his first years living on his own. He was kicked out of his parent's house in late 2023 and briefly lived in a Portland apartment.

2024-present

Garrett would decide on a whim to move to Los Santos with his friends after a furious argument with his parents. He signed up for online college pursuing a career as a software engineer but took a parttime job as a taxi driver to pay for bills. He became an apartment landlord on AirBnB after making enough to purchase some cheaper properties.

Andrew Cochrane Mooney (born June 17, 1990), nicknamed "Moondog" is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Las Venturas Bandits of Minor League Baseball (MiLB). He has played in MLB briefly for the Los Santos Corkers.

Amateur career

Mooney is from Whetstone, San Andreas. He attended Angel Pine High School and played for the school's baseball team. He pitched a no-hitter in his final high school game. Mooney attended University of San Andreas, Los Santos and played college baseball. As a freshman in 2009, he was the Mid-American Conference Freshman of the Year after he had a 1.68 earned run average (ERA), six saves and 49 strikeouts over 35+2⁄3 innings pitched. In 2012, he underwent Tommy John surgery and missed the 2012 season. He returned in 2013 as a starter and had a 2.02 ERA with 105 strikeouts over 89 innings. After the 2013 season, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Carcer City Killers. Mooney received a second surgery in August 2024 to repair torn ligaments in his left arm.

Personal life

Mooney and his wife Shelly have two children, a daughter and son, Little Lisa and Little Billy. In December 2016, Mooney was arrested for domestic assault, although the court case was retired and would be dismissed in December 2018 if no further incidents occur. In March 2020, Mooney tested positive for PED (performance enhancing drugs), suspending his season. Mooney travels on a Harley Davidson bike, is often seen on various golf courses in San Andreas. According to a 2024 social media post, Mooney is rumored to be retiring from baseball if a contract negotiation does not meet his demands.

In 2025, Andrew was seen with his wife and kids in good spirits. He appeared to be healthier, now out of his cast and working out. He continues to ride his bike around the desert and Red County, sporting a biker jacket—but with no affiliation, and a declining stream of income, he seeks to join up with a biker gang, going to bike weeks, events and gatherings.

He recently started building and collecting Harley-Davidson bikes.

Today she resides in a small, modest apartment and serves the Red County Fire Department and has since she finished her A.S. in fire science in Los Santos, 2009, and subsequent graduation from San Andreas Fire Academy in 2010. While employed with the Fire Department, she has racked up distinguished service commendations, awards and unit citations, including a 15-Year Service Award in 2025. She has previously not sought an officers track, instead preferring to stay in the field with the guys.

But Donovan is at a crossroads in her life. Privately she struggles with a developing middle-age crisis, the weight of burnout and anxiety over her postponed family life. At her age, she is long overdue to think about whether to prioritize her job or personal life. Should she stay a senior firefighter paramedic forever, finally try and find the one to start a family or not. With her experience, seniority and qualities she could easily get onto an officers track in the rural Fire Department, especially since the Department's smaller and has issues of retaining personnel outside of Los Santos. This contemplation has led to her delaying any real decision, to either go for a family or get on the career ladder.

Donovan is a sociable person and a team-player, albeit a bit private she has always been described as a resilient and good employee with sound leadership qualities. But lately she has turned a bit more introverted than previously. Weighing her options and isolating herself more often at her father's ranch, away from perceived small town peer-pressures, where she can spend her time fixing simple logical problems and effectively procrastinate on a decision - which aggravates the root cause of her anxiety.

Ace currently attends Crenshaw High but struggles significantly in school. His grades are low, and he often finds himself in trouble with teachers and peers due to his short temper and lack of focus. Despite his difficulties, he remains determined to open his own tattoo parlor in the city, which fuels his ambition and keeps him going.

Ace is addicted to narcotics and actively smokes marijuana. In his neighborhood, he is better known for growing and selling marijuana and designing tattoos.

Ace is relatively large for his age, standing 6'4" tall. He has been going to the Ganton gym since he was 15.

With no help, Rafael stood up, with much appreciation from the crew. "Look at that. The boy can't defend himself but he's tough as steel, que no? Tough as acero." said Roberto, looking at the other members. Everyone agreed. "You're officially part of Los Pecadores de El Corona, Rafael Santacruz. Bienvenido!" All the crew members, including El Jefe hugged Rafael, while smiling.

Rafael was born in 1997 at All Saints Hospital in Los Santos and grew up on the streets of El Corona. His parents divorced when he was 4 and Rafael stayed with his mother, while his father moved out of town. Rafael had fond memories of his life in Los Santos and after meeting the charismatic Roberto Velasquez he joined Los Pecadores de El Corona. He hanged around them for 13 months, without commiting any real crimes, but when he was reached by the news that his father had passed away, he had to travel to tie up some loose ends. El Jefe granted his wish so he immediately booked a flight to Vice City. He thought his trip would last only a couple of weeks but he ended up staying there for seven years. After a month in Vice City, Rafael was involved in a drug deal which turned out to be a covert op from the VCPD. He was arrested and sentenced to prison for 10 years, but he got out for parole after 5 for good conduct. He was sent back to Los Santos to serve the remaining 5 years. The minute he got back to El Corona, Rafael searched his old crew, but found out that the entire gang was in prison, charged 15 years for gun trafficking. Without a crew to hang out with and his mother disowning him, Rafael rented a room in the projects in Idlewood and started looking for ways to earn money. But his dream of becoming a gangster and living a dangerous life still hasn't left his mind.

Upon turning 15, he joined a boxing gym which focused around Soviet-style boxing and kept up with weekly practice and went onto amateur fighting leaving a record of 7 wins & 2 losses, he kept up the practice until the age of 18, where he joined military due to obligations by law where Nikolai served for 2 years instead of 1 year to fulfill his father's ideology of service to the motherland.

Early Career

Upon leaving active duty military, Nikolai studied and became Executive Protection for VIP clients - making use of his military and CQC knowledge. The pay was good and it wasn't a boring job, which kept him active through-out his 20s.

Sense of duty

Growing tensions between Ukraine and Russia after 2014 made Nikolai reconsider joining the war effort, he discarded the idea until early 2020 where the joined the war effort to annex Ukraine serving under the Russian Army - assigned to undercover unit in Donbas to conduct reconnaissance and sabotage to Ukrainian infrastructure where he was promoted to a sergeant due to his promising performance leading local guerrillas.

Nikolai returned to his hometown, to be greeted by his overjoyed father where he spent some well deserved rest and recovery - but his stay was interrupted by their commanding officer which demanded he is to report to the nearby military base at the border of Ukraine for a undisclosed task. 

Into the fray
The news took everybody by surprise but this was it, this was the official invasion into Ukrainian territory. Nikolai was assigned to lead a demolitions squad seeing his success in Donbas. The weeks became months and the months drew long and taxing on Nikolai's mental health, which caused him to become sloppy in what would become their final missions in Ukraine.

Nikolai suffered fragmentation injuries due to a raid conducted with poor intel from high command - he was sent to the rear where he was taken care for and rehabilitated all through mid-2023 to early 2024.

Aftermath

Nikolai lost his sense of duty after seeing the unnecessary slaughter of Ukrainian civilians, his life was built on what their fathered always believed and dictated - he left he wasn't living for himself, he was living someone else's idea of what he should be. Delivering the news to his father that he was moving to capitalist America caused Nikolai to be shunned by his family but that didn't discourage Nikolai. He was going to live his own life now.

Liberty

While working as a cabbie in Liberty City, Nikolai made various connections driving lawyers, mobsters and other high status "civilians" which led to his first unforeseen act of crime as a getaway driver for a mobster who clicked with Nikolai and even introduced him to his associates which owned Saint Mark's Bistro and better part of Liberty City.

Nikolai's extensive knowledge of evasive driving, weapon handling and CQC quickly made him a valuable asset for the Camorra in Liberty.

Present

The family proudly accepted Nikolai into their organized ring, and with the help of the mobster who introduced him into the family, Salvatore Di Lauro, were tasked to scope out and expand the territory for the family here in Los Santos. Salvatore being a high earner in Liberty came up with several schemes to earn money here in Los Santos but the pair would be on their own for the time being until business became official.

Being just another guy from Los Santos. He didn’t care much for the city’s flashy lifestyle or the constant noise around him. He liked to keep things simple. Music-wise, he was all about rock—AC/DC, Metallica, the classics. Whenever life got too loud or stressful, he’d throw on his headphones, crank up the volume, and just tune out with a 6-pack of beer.

Cars were his other thing. He didn’t care about having the newest model or the fastest engine. He just enjoyed spending time in the garage, tinkering with whatever beat-up ride he could afford. If he wasn’t at home listening to music, you could find him under the hood of an old muscle car, fixing things just for the satisfaction of getting it running again. He never wanted much out of life other than a steady job and some peace of mind. That’s why when he landed a job at the local Los Santos garbage center, he wasn't too upset, as long as it paid the bills, he was the happiest.

The teen years were mostly based about his social growth within society, working along with his Uncle doing mechanical work on vehicles which weren't as sophisticated at the time. Santiago loved pursuing other motives of making money, taking several capitalist traits from his father - buying and selling to niche markets, car radios, modifications, turbos, etc.

Early in his 20s, he resided to work in a boxing gym, remaining as part-time with his uncle - he also pursued other means of making money.. selling contraband which was abundant in Medellin, later making his first sale of a kilo of Bolivian marching powder. Santiago's endeavor within illicit smuggling was quickly cut short when he was ambushed by a rival competitor, assaulting Santiago leaving him almost left for dead.

7months in hospital recovery made him think of the possibilities he could be doing outside Colombia.
